MEDICALI PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM OUR AUTHORIZED RETAILERS

If you bought a product manufactured by MEDICALI® from a US retailer or online retailer, you can count on Medicali® to service any defects. You have 30 days from the time of your purchase to report the defect. Please fill out the form below with a photo or video of the defect, proof of purchase, and a picture of your ID (for age confirmation). We’ll issue you a store credit for the value of the piece on Medicali.com. If the piece has been discontinued, we’ll set the store credit to the final sales price of the item before it was discontinued.
