AREA OF SERVICE

Medicali.com ships to all 50 states. We do not currently ship to any other countries and territories beyond the United States. We are working to expand our shipping range so that everyone who loves our products can find and purchase what they want from us directly.

AGE RESTRICTION

You must be at least 21 years of age or older to use or shop online at Medicali.com. This is for all states in the US. The purchaser and receiver must be 21+ years of age. Any order without a matching billing & shipping address are subject to further inquiry and/or cancellation before order fulfillment.

PROCESSING TIME

We ship ALL GLASS orders within 5-7 business days. However, we generally ship most orders the same day. Glass items are made from start to finish and can take up to 3 business to make.Once the item(s) is made we finish with the custom Medicali® labels you selected at check out.

SALES TAX

We do not charge Sales Tax at this time.

DISCREET BILLING & SHIPPING

To ensure your privacy, Medicali.com ships all packages in a plain padded envelope or plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The “Ship From” name will state “Medicali Holdings Inc.”. The name that appears on your Billing Statement will be MEDICALI HOLDINGS” and will not reference any particular product. Note: Couriers (FedEx, UPS) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for courier shipments.
