RETURN POLICY

RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#)

Medicali® guarantees quality and service. Should you receive a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, please email sales@medicalistore.com with your order number and a description of your case. You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report the issue. Our service team will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number that will be used to authorize the return.

The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Medicali® at their own expense. If an item breaks on the way to Medicali®, you will need to file a claim with the carrier service you used to return the item. Medicali® is not liable for any breakage that occurs while an item is in transit back to us.

Once we receive the return, we will refund the payment method you used to purchase the item originally. Returns that are received with signs of use, incorrect packaging or any missing items will not be refunded.

Our products are handblown custom glass pieces made from start to finish, and some of their dimensions may vary. Please keep in mind that some minor aesthetic defects fall within our acceptable quality standards and will not be eligible for replacements or refunds.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives with breakage or damage, please send a picture of the product along with your order number to sales@medicalistore.com. You have 48 hours from the time of delivery (indicated on your tracking page) to report a broken item. Items that show signs of use will be ineligible for replacement. Once the breakage is confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement as soon as possible. Refunds are not available for broken items. Please dispose of all broken glass carefully and responsibly. Medicali® is not liable for any harm inflicted by broken glass products

MISSING ITEMS

If an item or component from your order is missing upon arrival, please email sales@medicalistore.com with your order number and a description of what’s missing. You have 48 hours from the time of delivery indicated on your  tracking page to report a missing item. Once the shortage is confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement as soon as possible. Refunds are not available for missing items.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive something other than what you ordered, please email sales@medicalistore.com with your order number and a picture of what was received. You have 48 hours from the time of delivery indicated on your tracking page to report an incorrect item. Items that show signs of use will be ineligible for replacement. Once the error is confirmed, we’ll send you a digital shipping label that you can print and use to return the product to Medicali®. As soon as we receive the return, we’ll issue a replacement for the correct item. Refunds are not available for incorrect items.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Items purchased on Medicali.com may have defects that go unnoticed until after you use them. Some defects can be purely aesthetic – e.g. small bubbles, scratches – while others can affect function – e.g., leaks, wide restrictions. If you receive an item you believe to be defective, please email sales@medicali.com. Our Support Team will work with you to understand the problem and resolve it appropriately.
